Chef’s Cycle Benefit Dinner Featuring Chef Dave Bazirgan

Chefs Shawn Gawle and Chef Chef Dave Bazirgan ‘Baz’ have been cooking and riding together for years, both participating in ChefCycle in support of No Kid Hungry. This Japanese-inspired, family-style dinner is a chance to bring that shared experience into the Camaraderie kitchen while helping raise funds for Baz’s upcoming ChefCycle ride.

Baz will give guests a taste of what makes Uni one of Boston’s best, woven into Camaraderie’s family-style, shared dining experience.


“Just What The Doctor Ordered” Dinner

Tuesday, April 28, 6- 9 pm at Coltivare

Join Chef Shawn Gawle at Coltivare for “Just What The Doctor Ordered,” a one-night-only collaborative dinner alongside Ryan Pera and Paul Virant. This special evening supports I’ll Have What She’s Having, helping provide healthcare for hospitality workers. Expect a thoughtful, seasonal menu rooted in care, community, and connection and inspired by the chef’s spouses, all of whom are doctors.
